WeCAN has an inbuilt communication platform with access to all data stored in the databases. Key features include:

• Fast & flexible sending of personalized batch mails
• Use existing mail templates, or add your own
• Integration in other modules (e.g. confirmation emails for payment tracking, reminders, accepted/rejected abstracts)
• Tracking of all information sent through the system
